I'm contemporary dancer and fitness instructor. With my dance background I have a large range of unique exercises I bring to each class, mixing traditional ballet barre with strength training exercises to sculpt the entire body. I love pushing people to their maximum and helping people achieve their full potential. Music drives the movements in my lessons and I promise to make you smile and sweat all at the same time!
