Minnie teaches with an emphasis on anatomy, alignment and breath. With her background in sport and interest in movement, expect creative sequences with seemless transitions to help challenge your body and move in different ways. With mindful themes set to an inspired playlist, her aim is to help people move, think and feel better through yoga and, most importantly, have fun!
