Specialising in Power Yoga and hybrid movement practices, Tom’s classes are focused, nourishing, fun and challenging. Blending fitness and yoga to focus on muscle activation, mobility and conditioning, expect to work hard while gaining insight about your practice and body along the way. Tom has extensive knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics with passions for photography, nutrition, music and plant medicine.
