Experienced with all fitness levels from the first-time athlete to the elite sports person...a former professional sprinter who's passionate about everyone achieving their goals and leaving with endorphins pumping.

About me

Born and raised in London. In the initial stages I competed in many different disciplines but slowly started becoming a 200m/400m athlete. BSc Sports & Exercise Science.

Proudest achievement

Besides becoming a dad... Being a Nike Trainer Favourite exercise - Med ball slam.

Least favourite exercise

OH squat (because I’m terrible at it).

What aspect of training do you pride yourself on?

Everyone moving well and aiming to unleash the athlete within.

What’s your music style in class?

Rap, RnB and anything with a heavy bassline... but the cool down vibes get real soulful.
