Elisa has a no nonsense approach to the Yoga practice, she teaches a Dynamic style with an emphasis on originality for a continually evolving practice. In addition to her Power Yoga style she teaches Transcendental Meditation for the those mind benefits- settling the mind down to reach quieter levels of its own self.
After 17 years of practice of Transcendental Meditation practice she finally spent 6 months in house teacher training to become a teacher of this life transforming technique.
