About Me


As a professional ballerina, Emily understands that nothing is separate to her years spent training and performing. She has learned incredible skills from masters in the ballet and yoga world, however she finds that intuition, wisdom and sensitivity come from the quiet,simple,slow moments of life.
Emily currently calls London her home and teaches a variety of classes to some of the top studios in the city.She normally teaches a fun vinyasa style class, focussing on the beauty of breath and movement combined.
She lives by a mantra that she once heard from one of her most valued teachers - ‘love and all is coming’

Proudest Achievement?

One of my proudest achievements was performing for the The Royal Family.

Favourite exercise?

Well I want to say yoga wins over everything for me (but saying as that isn’t typically seen as exercise) I would choose dancing always. I dance everywhere.

Least Favourite

Spinning/cycle classes.

Favourite type of music?

If you’re in my classes you can typically hear all sorts. I try to vary it as much as possible so you could be hearing anything from Rihanna, Nicki Minaj and Khalid to Ed Sheeran, Trevor Hall and Bob Marley. Music is life.

What's your cheat meal?

Pasta, pasta and more pasta.

What can't you live without?

I can’t live without music, I constantly have my ear phones in everywhere I go.

You may not know that I’m a professional ballerina and I used to live and work in Estonia for 2 years.

Come and train with me because...

You should come along to class if you want to move, breathe, connect and enjoy yoga in a non dogmatic environment. New to yoga or if you’ve already ‘mastered’ your headstand everyone’s welcome. Come and say hey and give me a hug if we haven’t met before in class.
