Kind, wise, knowledgeable and extremely dedicated are some words my family, friends and colleagues would use to describe me. I’m a competitive British track athlete which means if I’m not in one of the studio’s teaching you’ll catch me at the track or in the gym.
What is your proudest achievement?
I don’t have one stand alone achievement
What is your favourite exercise?
One of my favourite exercises is walking lunges with some heavy DB’s. So simple but so challenging when done right.
And your least favourite?
My least favourite exercise is probably all of the ab exercises, the muscle burn always gets me.
How would you describe the music in your class?
I would describe my music style as gritty and urban with a sprinkling of high hats from those classic house tracks.

My classes as well structured, motivational and progressive.
What is your cheat meal?
My cheat meal would be a big bowl of vindaloo with 2 peshwari naan.
What can't you live without?
One thing I can’t live without are books and my ability to learn.
Tell us two things people don't know about you
Very few people know I was in the National Youth Theatre. I was also in charge of pest control at Heathrow airport for a few years too.
