About me

Richard's cool exterior is the opposite to what you will get from his fast paced, high energy classes. Richard brings a wealth of experience with over 10 years specialising in strength, boxing and HIIT training to challenge your whole body.

Train to the beat of his expertly curated playlist of hip hop, D&B and jungle which will get your heart and feet pumping.

Proudest achievement

Being a role model to my siblings, working with the youth and combating the everyday obstacles in life.
