About me

Sana has a contagious energy, with a positive approach to health and fitness. She is an experienced Strength & Conditioning Coach, Pre/Post Natal qualified Trainer based in Central London.

Having suffered a serious spinal injury in the past, she is passionate about helping and educating clients on the importance of mobility, smart training, correct form and recovery. If you join Sana for one of her classes or PT sessions, she will be sure to bring you high energy, knowledge, motivation and finding your inner strength for a sustainable strong, and better moving body!

I have a MSc in Business Management, studied & lived in Cambridge for 4 years. Worked in the property industry for 5 years, and before that at the Royal Bank of Canada.
