Formerly a professional contemporary dancer, Gaby integrates a deep understanding of movement, anatomy, and alignment into every class. Her sessions are dynamic and high-energy, offering space to play, explore, and try new things. Alongside the physical practice, she is passionate about sharing the philosophical and meditative aspects of yoga, helping students understand what they are cultivating each time they step onto the mat — beyond simply stretching and strengthening the body. As a teacher, she finds joy in holding space for others and seeing students leave feeling better than when they arrived: more energised, centred, calm, balanced, and open.
