FAQs

Credits & Sweat Sessions are only transferable on Sweat Packs.

Credits & Sweat Sessions are not transferable for Introductory or Promotional Packs, Sweat '30-Day' Packs, Sweat 15 & Sweat 30 Memberships & Sweat Unlimited.

If you wish to book a friend into a Sweat Session you will need to purchase our standard Sweat Packs (Sweat: 4, 8, 12, 25 & 50 Packs) which allow you to share and book multiple spaces.

You can cancel a booking up to 12 hours before a Sweat Session to retain your credit.
If you cancel outside the 12 hours notice period, you will unfortunately forfeit your credit.

Please note that on a Membership (Sweat 15 & Sweat 30) & a Sweat 'Unlimited' there are the following penalty charges for cancellation:

£10.00 “Late Cancel” Fee is in place for spots booked and cancelled less than 12 hours before the session.

£15.00 "No Show" Fee
is in place for spots booked and not attended.

In the event of a Late Cancel or No Show you will be charged the appropriate fee, however you will be re-credited your session.

You may cancel a class through the Sweat app, Sweat website​ ​or​ ​by​ ​calling​ ​us​ ​directly.

If a class is full you can add yourself to one of our waitlists.
By Phone, By Website, By App or in person at reception.

Online Waitlist:
You can opt to join the waitlist for any fully booked classes. As soon as a spot becomes available we'll automatically allocate spaces on a first come, first served basis. You don't need a credit to join the online waitlist but you will need a credit in your account when a space becomes available to secure your spot.

We will email you no later than 12hrs before the class start time to confirm if you have managed to receive a spot.

If a spot becomes available with less than 12 hours of the class starting (up until 3hrs prior) and you're on the waitlist, you'll be added to the class with an option to cancel complimentary up untill 3hrs prior to the class starting

Please note - For any early morning classes (6:30am - 9.00am) we won't automatically allocate spaces after 10pm the night before – so we advise clients to arrive early and be added to the Walk-in Waitlist – see below…


Walk-in Waitlist

If a class is full, you can let our Front Desk team know that you want to be added to our walk-in waitlist. You can only do this at reception, we can't do this via email or phone unfortunately.

Any spaces that become available will be allocated three minutes before the class on a first come first served basis, so make sure you are dressed ready to get into class!

All levels of boxing from beginners - intermediate - advanced are welcome in our SKILLS, SWEATBOX & STRENGTHBOX classes. Our expert coaches will​ ​guide​ ​you​ ​from​ ​the​ ​first​ ​punch​ ​to​ ​the​ ​final​ ​knock​ ​out!

First timers, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class so you can wrap your hands and familiarise yourself with the studio.

Boxing gloves are provided BUT please note: hand wraps are compulsory for all boxing classes ​(please bring your own or purchase from reception from £2.00).

Absolutely - each Sweat class is tailored to all levels of fitness.

We want to ensure you’re comfortable on the Versaclimber before your first climb. Arrive 15 minutes early and let the instructor know it’s your first time. They’ll familiarise you with the equipment before class begins.

Yes!​ ​You​ ​can ​purchase​ ​credits​ ​and book classes via our Sweat app for Canary Wharf booking, and BXR London app for Marylebone bookings. You can also book and buy credits online, through our reception team.

Sweat by BXR ​training​ ​platform​s ​will​ aim to ​show​ ​results​ ​within​ ​12​ ​weeks​; ​alongside​ ​a​ ​balanced​ ​diet​.

Our schedule can only be found online or via our apps.

If a last​ ​minute​ ​change​ ​occurs,​ ​we​ ​will​ ​endeavour​ ​to​ ​give​ ​you​ ​prior​ ​notice​ ​as​ ​soon​ ​as​ ​possible.

StrengthBOX:
exclusive to Canary Wharf, designed to develop boxing technique and total body strength. StrengthBOX classes combine traditional boxing skills training with resistance and weight training; Full Body, Upper Body & Lower Body focused StrengthBOX classes are specifically scheduled throughout the week to allow for appropriate rest and recovery between sessions.

We do not offer free trials for Sweat sessions, however occasionally we run marketing promotions such as First Time Versa (3 x climb classes for £30) or GET HOOKED (4 x boxing classes for £40). Promotional codes cannot be re-used and are valid for one use per customer. Please see website for details.

If you are pregnant, please consult your doctor or ask to speak to one of our trainers prior to booking the class.

When attending a Sweat Session, you must be present 5 minutes before the start of the class to enable the instructor to commence at the advertised time, and to prevent your spot from being given to a waitlisted​ ​client.​ ​We​ ​reserve​ ​the​ ​right​ ​to​ ​refuse​ ​admittance​ ​to​ ​latecomers​ ​for​ ​health​ ​and​ ​safety​ ​reasons.

However, first timers, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class so you can familiarise yourself with the studio.

All credits have an expiry date and cannot be redeemed after that expiry date has passed. Please view our​ ​website​ ​for​ ​the​ ​current​ ​packs​ ​and​ ​their​ ​respective​ ​expiries.

Subject​ ​to​ ​any​ ​statutory​ ​right​ ​of​ ​cancellation,​ ​payments​ for ​credits​ ​are​ ​non-refundable, however a full refund is available for an unused pack within 14 days of purchase.

You'll need to login via our website and head to 'My Account'. Here you will see a white 'person' icon on the right hand side. Here you can view and edit your bookings. Under the 'My Classes' tab where you can cancel your class by selecting 'unreserve'.

We operate different booking platforms for both sites. At Sweat by BXR Marylebone, we use MindBody and at Sweat by BXR Canary Wharf, we use Zingfit. Until January 2020 credits are non transferable between the two sites and purchasing of credits/booking of classes must be made via each studio’s respective website/reception:

After sweating it out in one of our studios you have access to our showers and changing rooms. We provide hand and shower towels​ ​as​ ​well​ ​as​ ​various​ ​bathroom​ ​essentials. Make sure you grab yourselves a shake from our Sweat bar post class! At Sweat by BXR Marylebone, you will also have access to BXR shared facilities, including our showers, steam and sauna rooms, as well as Joe and the Juice lounge. We also provide hand and shower towels​ ​as​ ​well​ ​as​ ​various​ ​bathroom​ ​essentials.
