Credits and Sweat Sessions are non-transferable and we do not permit anyone else to book Sweat Sessions using your Credits. If you wish to book a friend into a Sweat Session you will have to purchase an​ ​additional​ ​credit.

You can cancel a booking up to 12 hours before the Sweat Session to retain your Credit. If you cancel outside the 12 hours notice period, you will not be able to use that credit at a later date. We operate to ensure fair booking opportunities to all clients. You may cancel class through the Sweat app, BXR London app, website​ ​or​ ​by​ ​calling​ ​us​ ​directly.

If you join the waitlist and a space becomes available, users on the waitlist will be allocated a space on a first come first served basis up to 12 hours before the Sweat Session. You will be notified by e-mail however​ ​to​ ​secure​ ​your​ ​place,​ ​you​ ​must​ ​click​ ​on​ ​the​ ​link.

All levels of boxing from Beginners to intermediate are welcome in our Skills and SWEATBOX classes. Our expert coaches will​ ​guide​ ​you​ ​from​ ​the​ ​first​ ​punch​ ​to​ ​the​ ​final​ ​knock​ ​out!

Absolutely - each Sweat class is tailored to all levels of fitness. Our trainers can adapt any exercise relative​ ​to​ ​your​ ​ability.

Yes!​ ​You​ ​can ​purchase​ ​credits​ ​and book classes via our Sweat app for Canary Wharf booking, and BXR London app for Marylebone bookings.. You can also book and buy credits online, through our reception team; or via classpass.

Any​ ​training​ ​platform​ ​will​ ​show​ ​results​ ​within​ ​12​ ​weeks​ ​alongside​ ​a​ ​balanced​ ​diet​ ​and​ ​regular​ ​exercise.

Due to our timetable and instructors being subject to change, our schedule can only be found online or via our apps. If a last​ ​minute​ ​change​ ​occurs,​ ​we​ ​will​ ​endeavour​ ​to​ ​give​ ​you​ ​prior​ ​notice​ ​as​ ​soon​ ​as​ ​possible.

We are a pay-to-train fitness concept offering two studio session variations (Boxing Skills and Sweatbox, VersaClimbing). You can purchase individual sessions, packs or our Monthly Membership allowing you access to 30 classes a month. Each class is 45 minutes long, and can be purchased ad hoc per your convenience.

We are a pay-to-train fitness concept offering three studios with session variations (Boxing Skills, Sweatbox, VersaClimbing, Cardio Conditioning, Mobility, Form and Focus and Strength and Conditioning.) You can purchase individual sessions, packs or our Monthly Membership allowing you access to up to 60 classes a month. Each class is 45 minutes long, and can be purchased ad hoc per your convenience. Please note you do not have access to the gym floor without​ ​a​ ​BXR​ ​membership;​ ​not​ ​in​ ​conjunction​ ​with​ ​our​ ​Sweat​ ​membership​ ​options.

We do not offer free trials for Sweat sessions, however occasionally we run marketing promotions such as First Time Versa (3 x climb classes for £30) or GET HOOKED (4 x boxing classes for £40). Promotional codes cannot be re-used and are valid for one use per customer. Please see website for details.

If you are pregnant, please consult your doctor or ask to speak to one of our trainers prior to booking the class.

When attending a Sweat Session, you must be present 5 minutes before the start of the class to enable the instructor to commence at the advertised time, and to prevent your spot from being given to a waitlisted​ ​client.​ ​We​ ​reserve​ ​the​ ​right​ ​to​ ​refuse​ ​admittance​ ​to​ ​latecomers​ ​for​ ​health​ ​and​ ​safety​ ​reasons.

All credits have an expiry date and cannot be redeemed after that expiry date has passed. Please view our​ ​website​ ​for​ ​the​ ​current​ ​packs​ ​and​ ​their​ ​respective​ ​expiries.

Subject​ ​to​ ​any​ ​statutory​ ​right​ ​of​ ​cancellation,​ ​payments​ for ​Credits​ ​are​ ​non-refundable.

After sweating it out in one of our studios you have access to our showers and changing rooms. We provide hand and shower towels​ ​as​ ​well​ ​as​ ​various​ ​bathroom​ ​essentials. Make sure you grab yourselves a shake from our Sweat bar post class! At Sweat by BXR Marylebone, you will also have access to BXR shared facilities, including our showers, steam and sauna rooms, as well as Joe and the Juice lounge. We also provide hand and shower towels​ ​as​ ​well​ ​as​ ​various​ ​bathroom​ ​essentials.

We operate different booking platforms for both sites. At Sweat by BXR Marylebone, we use MindBody and at Sweat by BXR Canary Wharf, we use Zingfit. Until January 2020 credits are non transferable between the two sites and purchasing of credits/booking of classes must be made via each studio’s respective website/reception:
