Monika Pugeviciute
Listen to your body, not your ego
Monika has been teaching yoga for over six years, and it has become a deeply meaningful part of her life. She completed her first 200-hour teacher training in 2019, specialising in Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga, and more recently finished a 300-hour training in Hatha and Yin.
Her teaching style is gentle yet firm. Monika is kind and attentive in class, while offering clear guidance to help clients move safely, correctly, and with confidence. She enjoys creating engaging, slightly playful flows that keep classes interesting and encourage students to explore movement in a relaxed and curious way.
Alongside yoga, Monika also teaches Pilates. She loves how Pilates develops strength, stability, and body awareness, and how naturally it complements a yoga practice. Her classes focus on working hard while still having fun, creating a positive and encouraging environment for everyone.
For Monika, health and wellbeing feel like a calling rather than a career choice. Teaching yoga and Pilates has been incredibly rewarding, and she is passionate about supporting others in finding greater balance, strength, and connection through mindful movement.
