Versaclimbing is a cardio fitness exercise on a Versaclimber which is a 75-degree vertical rail with pedals and handles, when used, makes you imitate the motion of climbing.

A class burns more calories per minute than any other cardio class thanks to the Versaclimber. On average, using a Versaclimber burns 22.3 calories per minute, whilst cycling, treadmill and rowing classes burn between 13 and 14 calories per minute.

Alongside burning maximum calories, this class also provides a full-body workout that is fast-paced, intense and fun, this cardio class merges exercise with loud music and nightclub style lighting which is all tailored to keep you moving.

Our boxing classes are high-octane combining elements of boxing with conditioning training to teach and sharpen boxing skills and improve overall conditioning. Participants will get their fix of hitting a punching bag, improving speed & stamina whilst elevating their heart rate and achieving a high calorie burn.
