The Versaclimber is a unique machine that mimics the natural motion of climbing and allows for a full-body cardio workout. This machine burns more calories per minute than any other– up to 800 calories in a 45-minute session – whilst strengthening muscles. Unlike treadmill or spin classes, this workout is both low-impact and full-body, minimising unnecessary stress or trauma to your body.

what is a versaclimber?

A Versaclimber is Cardio Fitness Machine with a 75-degree vertical rail with pedals and handles. There are a number of variables that can be tweaked including handle height, stroke length and resistance.

Our NEW TS Versaclimber come equipped with a WiFi / Bluetooth touch screen that enables you to record and save workouts; view graphs of feet per minute, stroke length & strokes per minute; see total sessions completed, feet climbed, heart rate & average feet per minute.

01. climb to the beat

This class provides an introduction to the Versaclimber and its ability to provide a safe, full-body workout. Fast-paced and fun, this Cardio class merges exercise with music and is tailored to keep you moving. Built using interval training and focusing on a variety of motions to effectively train you as you learn the foundations of Versaclimbing.

02. Endurance

For those who have mastered the foundations of Versa climbing - these precision and distance focused climbs have been designed to train you. You will be pushed and driven to climb better and stronger. Challenging you both physically and mentally to increase your fitness limits.
