Lucy is a professional dancer and movement expert who specialises in developing strength through a mind-body approach. With a strong background in the performing arts, from training in classical ballet to performing in cabaret and some of the world’s most prestigious shows, she has a deep understanding of the body and what it takes to build true strength and resilience. Her classes are designed to show participants they are capable of far more than they expect, delivering challenging, dynamic and captivating sessions rooted in the methods she teaches at BXR.
