With a background as a professional dancer touring around the world, Millie’s career has shaped the way she trains and coaches today. Movement has been a central part of her life for as long as she can remember, giving her a deep understanding of how the body works in space and the importance of correct positioning.

Thanks to her lifelong awareness of movement and technique, Millie is able to cue clearly, identify imbalances, and deliver sessions that are both effective and safe.

A career-impacting injury became a turning point in her journey, and during her rehabilitation, strength training completely changed her perspective. It taught her the value of longevity, resilience, and training with purpose, not just intensity.

Millie places huge importance on mindset, and creates a welcoming, supportive space where clients feel confident to challenge themselves without fear. She believes training should be fun, as simple as that. Expect upbeat, energising music in her classes, because energy matters. Her goal is for every client to leave feeling strong, empowered, and full of endorphins.
