Bringing her hybrid training roots into every room she enters, Kira transforms group classes into high-energy, empowering experiences built on strength, endurance and unshakable confidence. A former national-level cross-country runner in France and a white-collar boxer, she knows what it takes to push beyond limits and she brings that same determination to every session she leads. Kira’s coaching style blends precision, drive and positivity, creating workouts that challenge you physically while keeping the atmosphere electric and motivating. Having worked with performance focused communities like Red Bull and HYROX, she knows firsthand that mindset fuels performance and she ensures every participant feels that power. Passionate about female empowerment through boxing and functional strength training, Kira encourages participants to show up boldly, own their space and discover what they are truly capable of. Her goal is simple: you leave each class feeling stronger, more confident and prouder of your accomplishments not just in your body but in your mindset as well. In Kira’s classes expect energy, dedication and the belief that you can always give just a little bit more because greatness is contagious when we train together.
