Natty is a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor with over six years of experience. With a lifelong passion for movement and a background in sports ranging from running competitions to volleyball, stepping into the fitness industry became a natural way for her to help others improve their lifestyle. She loves all kinds of music, but House and Electro are her go-to genres, bringing the energy that fuels her favourite classes to teach: cardio and conditioning. Her coaching style is motivating, dynamic, and built around consistency — pushing clients just enough to challenge them while always maintaining a supportive and empowering environment. Natty’s aim is for every client to leave feeling stronger, uplifted, and excited to return.
